Noone In America Has Escaped Loss Over This Terrible Tragedy
We Are Still Numb As We Watched It Unfold
We Sat Riveted In Disbelief
Unable To Grasp For Many The Hatred That Sparked This Act
Our Innocence Was Lost September 11th 2001
We Grieve For Those Gone But Also We Grieve The Future
We Pray For All Of Us Knowing This Is Not Yet Over
Quieting Our Children's Fears While We Face The Future Unknown
Because As Long As Mankind Exists On This Planet
There Will Never Be World Peace
Our Own Day Of Infamy Has Come
Our Personal Views No Longer Matter
Together We Must Unite
We Trained Many To Defend Themselves And Now They Turn On Us
And We Have Lost Something We Can Never Regain
How Can We Explain To Our Children The Severity And The Meaning Of This
How Can We Explain To Our Children That This Is A Time To Fight
That This Is The Time To Defend Our Freedom
How Can We Guard Our Most Precious Resource Our Children
God Bless Us All As We Go Through These Times Together
Give Us The Strength To Defend Our Freedoms
Give Us The Courage To Face The Trials That Are Still To Come
Whoever And Wherever We Worship
Help Us To Learn Respect
