6 Oz Half And Half
8 Oz Whipping Cream
8 Eggs
1-1/4 Cups Sugar
1/4 Tsp Vanilla
4-1/2 Slices Of White Bread
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Raisins

Preheat Oven To 400 Degrees
Combine Half And Half, Cream, Eggs And 1-1/4 Cups Sugar And Vanilla And Mix Well
Arrange Bread On The Bottom Of 10-Inch x 12-Inch Baking Pan
Pour Cream Mixture Over Bread
Mix Cinnamon With 1 Tsp Sugar And Sprinkle Over Bread
Distribute The Raisins Evenly On Top
Cover With Foil
Place Pan In A Larger Pan
Then Fill With Hot Water Halfway Up The Sides Of The Smaller Pan
Bake 75-90 Minutes

Scalloped Cabbage Casserole

8 Cups Thinly Sliced Cabbage (2 To 2 1/2 Pounds)
2 Large Carrots, Shredded
1 Medium Onion, Finely Chopped
5 Tablespoons Butter Or Margarine, Divided
3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
1 1/2 Cups Milk
1 1/2 Cups (6 Ounces) Shredded Processed American Cheese
1/2 Cup Seasoned Dry Bread Crumbs
1 Teaspoon Dried Marjoram
1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme

Cook The Cabbage And Carrots In Boiling Salted Water Until Crisp-Tender
Meanwhile, In A Saucepan, Saute The Onion In 3 Tablespoons Of Butter Until Tender
Stir In Flour, Salt And Pepper And Cook Until Bubbly
Gradually Add Milk And Cook And Stir Until Thickened
Drain Cabbage And Carrots And Place Half In A Greased 2 1/2 Quart Baking Dish
Top With Half Of The Sauce And Sprinkle With Half Of The Cheese
Repeat Layers
In A Small Skillet, Melt Remaining Butter
Add Crumbs, Marjoram And Thyme And Cook And Stir Until Lightly Browned
Sprinkle Over Casserole
Bake, Uncovered, At 350 Degrees For 30-35 Minutes Or Until The Cabbage Is Tender And The Top Is Browned

1/2 Cup Butter--Melted
2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese--Grated
8 Pieces Chicken Breast Halves, Boneless, Skinless

In A Pie Plate Or Shallow Bowl, Combine Butter, Mustard, Worcestershire Sauce And Salt
In A Plastic Bag, Combine Crumbs And Parmesan Cheese
Dip Chicken In Butter Mixture, Then Shake In Crumb Mixture
Place In An Ungreased 13-In. x 9-In. x 2-Inch Baking Pan
 
Drizzle With Any Remaining Butter Mixture
Bake At 350 For 40-45 Minutes
Or Until Chicken Is No Longer Pink And Juices Run Clear

2 Carrots--Chopped
1 Can Beef Broth--(14-Ounce)
1 Cube Beef Bouillon
Water

In A Large Saucepan, Sautee Onion And Celery Until Tender
Add Hamburger
Cook Just Until Browned
Add Potatoes
Beans
Tomatoes
Carrots
Broth
Bouillon
And Enough Water To Cover

Simmer Until Vegetables Are Tender

5 Eggs
1 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Can (15 oz) Solid Pack Pumpkin
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Cups Sugar
2 Pkg. (3Oz. Each) Cook And Serve Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Of Chopped Nuts
You May Also Add Raisens, If You Like Them

In A Mixing Bowl, Beat The Eggs
Add Oil And Pumpkin And Beat Until Smooth
Combine Rremaining Ingredients
Gradually Beat Into Pumpkin Mixture
Pour Batter Into Five Greased 5"X 2 1/2"X 2" Loaf Pans
Bake At 325 For 50-55 Minutes
Or Until A Toothpick Inserted Near The Center Comes Out Clean
Cool On Wire Racks
(Bread May Also Be Baked In Two 8"X4"X2 Loaf Pans For 75-80 Minutes)



Cacciatore French Bread Pizza

6 To 7-Inch French Rolls--Or One Long Loaf French Bread
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
8 Ounces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Meat--Cut In Thin Strips
1 Cup (1 Small) Onion--Sliced
1 Cup (1 Small) Bell Pepper--Sliced
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Contadina Pizza Sauce
1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil Leaves Or 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Basil, Crushed
1/2 Cup (2.8 Oz Can) Sliced Ripe Olives
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese--Shredded

Slice Bread In Half Lengthwise
Place Cut-Side Up On Baking Sheet
Bake In Preheated 425 Degree F. Oven For 3 To 4 Minutes Or Until Lightly Toasted
Heat Oil In A Large Skillet Over Medium-High Heat
Add Chicken, Onion, Bell Pepper And Salt
Cook, Stirring Constantly, For 4 To 5 Minutes Or Until Chicken Is No Longer Pink
Spread Pizza Sauce Over Cut Surface Of Bread And Top With Chicken Mixture
Sprinkle With Basil, Olives And Cheese
Bake In 425 Degree F. Oven For 5 To 8 Minutes Or Until Heated Through And The Cheese is Melted

1/2 Cup Applesauce
5 Egg Whites--From Large Eggs
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 1/3 Cups Shredded Cooked Carrots
1/4 Cup Walnuts
1/2 Cup Coconut
1/2 Cup Crushed Pineapple, Canned (In Own Juice)--Drained

Frosting

4 Ounces Fat-Free Cream Cheese Spread--At Room Temperature
2 Tablespoons Margarine--At Room Temperature
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
3/4 Teaspoon Vanilla
Lemon Juice--To Taste

Cake

Preheat Oven At 350 Degrees
Line A 13 x 9 Inch Layer Cake Pan With Waxed Paper
Spray The Waxes Paper With Nonstick Cooking Spray
Sift Together Flour, Sugar, Baking Soda And Cinnamon Into Large Bowl
Add The Oil, Applesauce, Egg Whites And Vanilla
Beat Well
Fold In Carrots, Walnuts, Coconut And Pineapple
Pour Into Pan And Bake Until Edges Of Cake Pull Away From The Pan (About 1 Hour)
Cool Cake In Pan 10 Minutes Then Remove Cake From Pan And Onto Cooling Rack
Continue To Cool For 1 Hour

Frosting

Slowly Beat The Fat-Free Cream Cheese And Margarine In A Mixing Bowl
Sift In The Powdered Sugar Slowly And Continue Beating
Add The Vanilla And The Lemon Juice To Taste
Frost The Top And The Sides Of The Cake
